The house is surrounded by the rich plantation and vegetation including olive, lemon, oranges, oleander, cypress, eucalyptus, pines and carob trees. The environment is rather peaceful and away from the metropolitan smog, noise, congestion and traffic but yet located in a sunny panoramic location. Your accommodation is arranged and ready on the first floor. The owners reside on the ground level/floor and are of course happy to provide you with any additional information. The vegetation surrounding the house is typically Mediterranean, including trees and herbs such as sage and rosemary, lavender, lemongrass, oregano and geraniums, all spreading pleasant fragrances. From the large covered terrace overlooking the garden you will enjoy a wonderful view of the "Parco delle Madonie" and the sea.

Living room. The large lounge is surrounded on both sides by large windows, well furnished and comfortable. The high, wooden roof has exposed beams. It is equipped with satellite TV, wireless Internet access and a fireplace.

Kitchen. The bright kitchen opens towards the living room and is equipped with gas stove (four burners), fridge with freezer and oven. Cutlery, kettle, toaster and a blender are available.

Bedroom 1. Large room with double bed and air conditioning (hot / cold). The windows offer a magnificent view over the sea and the garden. Wooden roof.

Bedroom 2. Small and comfortable. With two single beds, wooden roof and brick walls, exposed beams.

Bathroom: spacious and bright with a window, bathtub, shower and bidet.

 

 

 

 

 

The apartment offers a panoramic view of the sea, the surrounding hills and the mountains of the "Parco delle Madonie".

The house is on the hills surrounding Cefalù, about 3 miles (5km) from the city and 1000 feet (300m) above sea level.

To get directions from the highway to the Villa Campella we recommend not to use Google Maps because of several bugs and a lack of street names update.

Exit the highway at "Svincolo Cefalù" by taking the right ramp toward Cefalù (Messina direction). Keep straight (onto SS113) for about 2 Km, reach the AGIP petrol station (on your right) and after a few meters turn right onto "Contrada Campella" (SP136, also named "Via Campella"). Keep right to stay in Contrada Campella and follow "Poggio Maria" signals. After about 3km, keep your right on the crossroads, by following "Poggio Maria" signals, and take "Via della Madonnina". The house is at about 150 meters on your right.
